Meet Katherine E. Macdonald
From her law firm in Gainesville, Katherine E. Macdonald represents clients throughout north central Florida in family law, divorce, probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration and estate planning. She received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1983.
She is proud to come from a long line of attorneys, including several generations of attorneys in Nova Scotia. Her father, W.D. Macdonald, was a University of Florida law school professor for several decades, and her brother, John B. Macdonald, is an attorney.
Paralegal Melissa Salyer has been with her since 1988. A graduate of Santa Fe College with an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science (legal assistant/paralegal), Melissa is an experienced and valuable resource and provides clients with top-notch customer service.
